Hyland Software Acquires eWebHealth

Hyland Software has purchased privately held eWebHealth, a provider of hosted medical records workflow solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

eWebHealth delivers workflow solutions by a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model for clinical, administrative, and financial environments. It also automates specialty areas such as physician coding, signature completion, and compliance. Nearly 100 small and midsize hospitals and healthcare facilities located across the country are eWebHealth customers.
