Peak Health Solutions, ChartWise Form Partnership

Peak Health Solutions, a provider of end-to-end HIM services to health plans and healthcare facilities, recently announced it has entered into a partnership with ChartWise Medical Systems, a computer-assisted clinical documentation improvement (CDI) software company.

Through this partnership, Peak’s CDI consulting and education program combined with ChartWise’s CDI software will bring a more robust offering to customers of the two organizations. This combination of technology and professional services will help healthcare providers improve clinical documentation through an integrated approach.
