MRO Corp Announces Acquisition of Florida Medical Record Services, Inc

MRO Corp, a provider of disclosure management applications and services for healthcare organizations, recently announced that it has acquired the assets of Florida Medical Record Services, Inc, a provider of release-of-information services based outside of Tampa, Florida. This acquisition will enable MRO to continue growing its footprint across Florida, where FMRS currently serves clinics and hospitals.
