OSi Announces Acquisition of PMT Transcription

Outsourcing Solutions, Inc (OSi), a medical transcription service organization, has announced the acquisition of a majority of all of the assets of Precise Medical Transcription (PMT) of New Port Richey, Fla.

PMT was founded in 1987 by owner and President Tom McCarthy and initially provided transcription for a single hospital client in the Tampa Bay area.  Based on PMT’s reputation, it grew quickly and secured contracts to transcribe for other hospitals and clinics in the Tampa Bay area.
