Free Documentation Templates Help Diagnose Flu

As the influenza season approaches, T-System recently announced their annual complimentary flu T Sheets to help unscheduled care providers manage the upcoming flu season and the associated overcrowding. Templates are available for four different care settings: emergency department, emergency department pediatric, primary care, and urgent care.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates 5% to 20% of US residents get the flu and more than 200,000 people are hospitalized for flu-related reasons each year.
